Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our mobile applications, including Patchesand any other games we publish now or in the future (collectively, the “Games”). The Games are free to download and play, and are supported by advertising.
By using any of our Games, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account. The Games do not ask for your name, email address, or password, and we do not knowingly collect any information that directly identifies you.
- Game progress and settings, stored only on your device. Completed levels, star ratings, streaks, and your chosen theme are saved locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to us and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the app.
- Advertising and device identifiers, collected by our ad partner. The Games display ads served by Google AdMob, which may automatically collect your device’s advertising identifier, general device information, IP address, and approximate location to show relevant ads.
2. How We Use Information
- Save and restore your in-game progress on your own device
- Display advertising that supports the free-to-play nature of the Games
- Diagnose crashes and improve app stability and performance
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to operating and supporting the Games.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our Games use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Google’s collection and use of data through AdMob is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Ad Policies.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
- iOS:Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Google Settings → Ads
4. Children’s Privacy
Our Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If any individual Game is specifically designated as directed to children, that Game’s ad configuration will disable personalized advertising in accordance with applicable children’s privacy laws (such as COPPA).
5. Data Sharing
The only third party that receives data through our Games is Google, via the AdMob SDK described in Section 3. Neither we nor Google sell your personal data collected from our Games. We do not rent your information either. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not operate a backend server or database, so we do not retain your game progress, settings, or device information ourselves at all — it is stored only locally on your device for as long as the app is installed, and is deleted automatically when you uninstall it. Advertising identifiers collected by Google AdMob are retained and deleted according to Google’s own retention policy; you can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time from your device’s privacy settings (Section 3).
7. Data Security
Since the Games do not use accounts or a backend server, the vast majority of your data never leaves your device. We take reasonable measures to ensure our published apps do not introduce unnecessary security risks, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information collected about you. Because we do not maintain accounts or server-side profiles, most data is controlled directly by you on your device (clear it by uninstalling the app) or by Google, for advertising identifiers. For any other requests, contact us below.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add a new game or change how ads are served. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
10. Developer and Contact Information
This Privacy Policy is published by [Developer/Company Name, exactly as listed as the developer on the app store listing]. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at support@ai-app.dev.
This policy applies to all mobile applications we publish, including Patches and future titles.
